Acceptance Of These Terms

By using this website, submitting a booking request, purchasing a product or service, joining a session, or accessing the LMS, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

About Our Services

Awareness Paradigm provides life coaching, EFT-based support, team and group coaching, parenting guidance, couple support, workshops, digital resources, LMS access, courses, and related educational content. Service details, duration, inclusions, pricing, and access terms may be listed on the website, booking form, LMS, checkout page, invoice, or written communication.

Not Medical Or Emergency Care

Awareness Paradigm services are for coaching, education, self-awareness, and personal growth. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, crisis support, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed advice. If you have a medical or mental health emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional immediately.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate booking, contact, payment, and account information.
• Use sessions, LMS access, and materials for personal or approved internal purposes only.
• Participate respectfully and avoid abusive, unlawful, disruptive, or harmful behavior.
• Keep LMS login details private and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Make independent decisions about your health, relationships, work, parenting, finances, and personal life.

Bookings And Communication

Booking requests may be handled through Google Forms, email, WhatsApp, or other scheduling tools. A request is not confirmed until Awareness Paradigm or the relevant coach confirms it. We may refuse, reschedule, or cancel a booking where necessary, including for availability, suitability, safety, non-payment, or misuse of services.

Payments, Taxes, And Checkout Providers

Prices may be shown in USD or another currency and may change at any time before purchase. Payment is due as stated at checkout, on an invoice, or in written communication. Some purchases may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another payment provider. For eligible transactions, Lemon Squeezy may act as merchant of record and handle payment processing, taxes, receipts, fraud checks, refunds, and chargebacks. Any checkout provider may apply its own buyer terms and policies.

Cancellations And Refunds

Refunds and rescheduling requests are reviewed case by case unless a specific checkout, invoice, or written offer states a different policy. Completed sessions, missed sessions, late cancellations, downloaded files, accessed digital products, started courses, and used LMS memberships are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

If Lemon Squeezy processes your purchase, Lemon Squeezy may also decide whether to issue a refund under its own policies, including refunds issued to prevent chargebacks. Refunds, if approved, may take time to appear with your bank or payment method.

LMS, Courses, And Digital Access

Digital products, courses, memberships, downloads, and LMS access are licensed to you personally unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not share, resell, copy, publish, upload, distribute, or provide access to our materials, recordings, downloads, worksheets, course content, or account credentials without permission. We may suspend or revoke access for non-payment, misuse, security concerns, or violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

The website, logo, branding, text, images, videos, worksheets, exercises, courses, LMS materials, downloads, and other content are owned by Awareness Paradigm or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You receive only the limited access needed to use purchased or permitted materials for their intended purpose.

Third-Party Links And Tools

The website may link to or embed third-party services, including Google Forms, Lemon Squeezy, YouTube, social media platforms, WhatsApp, email, and the LMS. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, availability, data practices, or content.

Results And Testimonials

Testimonials, examples, and service descriptions are not guarantees of specific results. Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your circumstances, participation, consistency, and external support.

Availability And Changes

We may update, pause, remove, or change parts of the website, LMS, pricing, services, coaches, schedules, materials, and these terms at any time. Changes apply from the date posted unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awareness Paradigm and its coaches, team members, contractors, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or decisions you make based on coaching, educational materials, or website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in Qatar, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country or region.
